you can do by simply doing a good diet. you can eat anything but keep exercising and moving and not get heavy and you can do things sparingly. if you do that you could maybe not be diabetic till late in life and then it would be ok. the thing is you Have to keep weight down and that is how you do it.

u cant really do anything…wen i found out diabetes ran in my family i tried everything to avoid it but wen i was 10 i became a diabetic so theres rele no way 2 prevent it its in ur genes if u get it u get it

I inherited type 2 diabetes from dad’s side of family so my best advise would be to not play games with the disease. If you have symptoms, go be checked early so that you can get on a good plan and hopefully be able to forgo complications that are harder to handle.

It’s not the one cookie, piece of cake, donut, or any sweet that hurts the diabetic, it’s the one more all the time. Do eat sugars but be sure you fit them into the carbohydrate counts for your daily allotment.
