Hi Mr Hyman,

I am an 18 year old student from Australia and have just been diagnosed with Insulin Resistance. I am on medication, have been exercising regularly and has recently started visiting a dietician.
Could you please post some videos that deal more directly with this issue and point out some hints and advices on what I should be doing to imporve my condition?
