I think you do have the physical signs of diabetes. I'm not saying you are, but with your symptoms I would say you need to go to your doctor and have some blood work done to make sure; or if you know someone who has a blood glucose monitor, then you could check it yourself. You need to check your blood glucose when fasting, and two hours after a meal. Normal is: 60 - 120. Anything higher than that, you really need to see your doctor. Keep a record of your numbers to show your doctor.
References :
I wonder if you are suffering the opposite, when you say about being very very dizzy if you miss a meal. Before I became diabetic I had hypoglycaemia - low blood sugar levels and I was like that. Some people are, but that does not mean you will become diabetic. But it is well worth going on at your GP for a check up. Simple fasting blood test will give you the whole picture.
References :
its a simple thing why dont u get u r blood checked and it will be clear as one should not wait for others to tell u about u r problems and if the answers are positive and negative both then what will u do.? so better go for blood and urine check up for diabetes and it will hardly cost 40 Rs. for both <once its deducted the line of treatment can be done in a proper way .
References :
own

The three classic symptoms of diabetes are very frequent urination, constant thirst, and constant hunger. Your symptoms could be related to many different conditions. The only way to know is to get yourself checked out by your doctor. How long have you been having these symptoms?
References :
It is quite possible. You should go have an Hg or HbA1C test done to verify this as soon as possible! Go ahead and get a complete metabolic panel with urinalysis as well.
References :
Go to your doctor asap. You seem to have some of the symptoms, others being always thirsty.
