Bless you and your family Blake! My daughter is now 14 and has been living with Type 1 for over 4 years. She is on a pump and continues to hope for a cure. She has just posted her new video “Let Your Voice Be Heard”. Hopefully with all the stories being posted on here, people will realize how many families are battling this disease. Absolutely beautiful video, and it breaks my heart that any child or person has to deal with this. I was diagnosed April 21st, 2008…just three week shy of my 18th birthday. It is apparent in your video how close your family is, and same goes with mine…having family support makes this just that little bit easier to deal with.
