    I have type 2 …
I have type 2 diabetes and I feel that it’s a serious wake up call, I have eaten far too much junk and have not looked after myself, now I don’t eat any junk food or high in sugar and salt foods, I exercise every morning and sometimes in the evening, I am determined to fight my diabetes and lose weight, the thing that scares me most is that diabetes can lead to blindness and amputations.
